As the countdown to Kitchen and Bath Show 2026 begins, we’re spotlighting exhibitor YDL Stones. By bringing three distinct categories—Mineral Stone, Porcelain, and Natural Stone—together under a single brand, the company streamlines the sourcing process for the building and design industry.
Can you give us a brief introduction to your brand?
YDL Stone is an Australian-based surface supplier specialising in Mineral Stone, Porcelain, and Natural Stone.
Our focus is to bring these three product categories together under one brand, providing a complete benchtop solution for builders, designers, and fabricators across Australia.
Over the years, we’ve built our range to balance design, performance, and commercial practicality. From zero-silica mineral surfaces, to full-body vein porcelain, through to a curated selection of natural stone for premium and high-end projects, we aim to offer solutions that not only look right, but also work well in real applications.
Our approach is strongly market-driven — we don’t just supply products, we respond to the real needs of the industry, from design expectations and aesthetic trends, to fabrication requirements and project feasibility, ensuring our products perform well both in concept and in execution.

What differentiates your brand from other competitors in the market?
There are three key things that set us apart:
-Zero silica mineral surfaces with true full-body design
Our Mineral range is developed with zero crystalline silica, while maintaining non-printed, full-body vein structures. This ensures better consistency, durability, and long-term performance compared to printed alternatives.
-Depth of range across three product categories
We offer over 100 colours across Mineral, Porcelain, and Natural Stone, giving designers and clients a wide selection. Whether it’s a builder project or a premium home, there is always a suitable option within our range.
– Focus on large-format slabs and benchtop expertise
We specialise in large-format surfaces and are highly focused on kitchen benchtop applications. Our products are designed not just for visual appeal, but for real-world fabrication, installation, and project use.
Are there any exciting trends that you are seeing in the world of Kitchen and Bath this year?
We’re seeing a clear shift in colour and design preferences:
From monochrome to warmer tones
The market has moved away from traditional black, white, and grey palettes towards warmer tones such as beige, cream, and soft gold.
More expressive and character-driven designs
There is growing interest in bolder patterns, including green tones and more dynamic, “busy” veining that adds personality and movement to a space.
A stronger push towards natural aesthetics
Clients are increasingly looking for surfaces that feel closer to natural stone, with more depth, layering, and variation rather than uniform patterns.
What can our visitors expect to see and experience on your stand at Kitchen and Bath Show? Any new launches?
At this year’s show, we’ll be showcasing a curated selection of our Mineral, Natural Stone, and new 20mm Porcelain ranges, with a strong focus on our latest V10 Mineral collection.
Our 20mm porcelain features full-body vein construction, offering a more natural and consistent look compared to traditional printed porcelain.
The V10 Mineral range introduces several new colours aligned with current market demand, including warm marble tones, travertine-style surfaces, and more refined vein structures.
Visitors can expect:
Large-format slab displays to experience the full visual impact
A mix of builder-friendly and premium design options
A clear presentation of our product direction, including silica-free solutions and 20mm porcelain full-body materials
What are you looking forward to the most at Kitchen and Bath Show 2026?
For us, the show is really about connecting with the industry in person.
We’re looking forward to:
Speaking directly with builders and designers
Getting real feedback on our new ranges
Understanding what the market is looking for next
It’s also a great opportunity to strengthen existing relationships and build new ones, which is something we value a lot as a business.
