Meet the Brand: Emerald

As the countdown to Futurebuild Australia 2026 begins, we’re spotlighting exhibitor Emerald. Based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches since 2006, Emerald designs high-performance, energy-efficient heating, cooling, and hot water solutions. Read on to discover their current design trends, and what you can expect to find at their stand.

Can you give us a brief introduction to your brand?

Emerald is an Australian brand, founded and operated from Sydney’s Northern Beaches since 2006. We design high-performance, energy-efficient hot water as well as heating and cooling solutions that bring comfort and sustainability together.
Specialising in all-electric systems, we help Australian buildings transition away from gas while improving everyday comfort. Our approach combines smart connected technology, considered design, and practical installation solutions suited to both new builds and retrofits.

What differentiates your brand from other competitors in the market?

Emerald products are designed in Australia, for Australian’s conditions and what sets Emerald apart is our focus on the full connected electrification journey, not just individual products. We’ve designed our systems to integrate seamlessly into Australian homes – and with each other – with a strong emphasis on performance, efficiency, and ease of installation.
We also work closely with builders, architects, and installers to ensure our solutions are practical on-site and deliver consistent results. Backed by local support and a deep understanding of Australian conditions, we aim to make the transition to electric simple and scalable.
With Emerald App, end users are able to view and manage their energy usage with each Emerald product.
Bigger projects are easily managed with Emerald Network, which is a centralised platform to manage Emerald products, installation sites and customer data in one place. With real-time monitoring, alerts, and analytics, it helps you reduce downtime, simplify operations and stay in control.

Are there any exciting trends that you are seeing in the world of design this year?

We’re seeing a strong shift toward all-electric homes, driven by both sustainability goals and rising energy costs. This is influencing design decisions earlier in the planning phase, particularly around how heating, cooling, and hot water systems are integrated.
There’s also a growing focus on minimal, unobtrusive systems that don’t compromise architectural intent. Designers are looking for solutions that are efficient, quiet, and visually discreet, while still delivering high performance.

What can our visitors expect to see and experience on your stand at Future Build? Any new launches?

Visitors can expect a hands-on look at how Emerald systems integrate into real-world projects. We’ll be showcasing on our solutions, with a focus on retrofit-friendly systems and streamlined installation approaches.

What are you looking forward to the most at Futurebuild Australia 2026?

We’re looking forward to connecting with architects and specifiers and having practical conversations about how electrification can be delivered in real projects. It’s a great opportunity to share insights, understand challenges, and collaborate on better outcomes for future builds.
Events like this are where ideas turn into action, and we’re excited to be part of that conversation.
