Stephen has worked within the construction industry for over 20 years, with 14 spent with Knauf Insulation, and has led numerous initiatives to enhance insulation solutions, collaborating closely with industry & specifiers on insulation selection for building projects.

His role extends to developing new products that meet evolving industry standards while ensuring optimal performance, such as a new range of high performance ceiling insulation which is changing the way ceiling insulation is carried out in New Zealand.
