Read on to discover the trends they’re watching, and what to expect at their stand.

Can you give us a brief introduction to Cyncly?

Cyncly is a global software and content company purpose-built for the spaces-for-living industry — kitchen, bathroom, furniture, and flooring. We connect every stage of the customer journey, from initial inspiration through to final installation, helping businesses simplify complexity and deliver seamless, connected experiences. With more than 70,000 customers across the globe, we’re more than a software vendor — we’re a strategic partner that brings design, sales, manufacturing, and installation together in one unified ecosystem. For Australian design professionals, that means not just designing faster, but actually building what was sold without rework, whether you’re in the office or on the shop floor.

What differentiates Cyncly from other competitors in the market?

Most tools in this industry solve one part of the problem. Cyncly addresses the whole workflow, from inspiration to installation. Our key differentiator is an end-to-end digital thread that runs across the entire value chain, connecting design studios, sales teams, manufacturers, and installers on a single validated data set. That means when a designer makes a change, it flows through automatically. No costly handoff errors. No version confusion. No rework on site.

For manufacturers and cabinetmakers, that connection doesn’t stop at design. Tools like Mozaik take that same validated data straight to cutlists, optimisation, and CNC, so what’s designed is exactly what gets built. No redraws. No translation between systems.

For A&D professionals, that translates into confidence: the design you present is the product that gets built.

Are there any exciting trends that you are seeing in the world of design?

Four forces are reshaping how Australian interiors are designed and sold right now.

The first is the demand for instant personalization. Clients no longer want to wait days for a rendered concept. They expect to see their specific space, with accurate pricing, in real time. The businesses winning today are those who can deliver that experience in the showroom.

The second is AI-assisted inspiration. We’re seeing tools that can take a lifestyle photo and translate it into a fully editable 3D layout matched to real product inventory. This bridges the gap between a client’s vision and a designer’s expertise in a way that simply wasn’t possible before.

The third is experience as a differentiator. As product quality across the market converges, the buying journey itself — its speed, accuracy, and coherence — is becoming a genuine competitive advantage. The brands that get this right are building stronger loyalty and closing faster.

The fourth is design-to-manufacture integration. As projects become more customised, the ability to move from design into production without rebuilding jobs is becoming critical. Shops that can go from concept to CNC-ready output quickly are gaining a clear edge.

What can visitors expect to see and experience on your stand at Kitchen+Bath Show? Any new launches?

We’re bringing our latest AI-powered capabilities to the show, with a focus on what we call the web-to-store journey, which is the moment a consumer moves from browsing inspiration to sitting with a designer.

The centerpiece is Spaces Flex AI – Inspire to Design, which turns a lifestyle image into a 3D room layout matched to real product inventory in moments. We’ll also be showcasing Winner Flex, our cloud-connected kitchen design platform with real-time collaboration and photorealistic rendering, alongside Cyncly Scan, our AI-assisted mobile solution that captures room measurements and generates floor plans from a single scan.

We’re also highlighting how design connects directly to production. With solutions such as Mozaik, visitors can see how a design flows into cutlists, optimisation, and CNC output without needing to be recreated. For larger-scale manufacturers, our specialists will also demonstrate Cyncly’s integrated 3CAD and Insight solutions, connecting design with ERP, MES, and WMS capabilities.

For cabinetmakers, retailers, and manufacturers, the value is in seeing how great design can move into production faster, more accurately, and more profitably.

What are you looking forward to the most at Kitchen+Bath Show?

Honestly, the conversations. Kitchen+Bath Show brings together designers, brands, and a growing number of cabinetmakers and manufacturers who all need the same thing. Confidence that what gets designed can actually be delivered.

We’re looking forward to showing the local A&D community what “being connected” looks like in practice: faster quotes, fewer site errors, and design workflows that keep pace with ambitious creative visions. Australian designers consistently push materials and ideas in directions we find genuinely exciting, and we want to be the platform that helps bring those visions to life with the accuracy they deserve.
